B-fit Health and Fitness


The following Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your membership with B-fit Health and Fitness ("The Facility"). For the purpose of this Agreement, "joining fee," "Direct Debit payment," and "membership" shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the Declaration section.

Membership Start and Duration

This agreement commences once you have indicated your acceptance in the declaration section of this web sign-up process. If you did not sign up on the premises, you have 14 full days after sign-up to cancel this agreement for any reason. To exercise this right, you must inform the Facility by post, email, or telephone using the contact details provided.

Your membership starts immediately upon completing the sign-up process.

You will be entitled to all the rights and privileges for the type of membership chosen.

Fees and Charges

The joining fee/initial payment is due immediately upon sign-up and is non-refundable, except in the circumstances defined in Clauses 10-14 of this Agreement or in the event of breach or negligence by the Facility.

You are obligated to make the minimum number of Direct Debit payments stated, with the first payment due on the 1st Direct Debit payment date and then monthly thereafter. These payments are obligatory regardless of non-attendance, except where the cancellation terms are met.

In September, an additional £12.50 will be debited from your bank account as a one-off annual maintenance fee. This fee is used for the general upkeep of the facility and maintenance of machinery. It also serves to minimise any future price increases for membership fees.

If any Direct Debit payment fails, you shall pay us an administration fee of £25.

Member Information and Data Protection

You agree to promptly inform us of any changes to your personal details. Your data will be stored and used in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Unpaid dues exceeding 30 days will be passed to a third-party collection agency, the costs of which will be borne by you.


A 90-day cancellation notice is required for terminating this Agreement and must be made directly to the club along with:

A. Payment for the current month of membership AND
B. A cancellation fee equal to three further Direct Debit payments.

Cancellations are allowed for relocations more than 15 miles away, long-term illnesses or injuries, redundancy, and pregnancy upon presentation of appropriate proof to the Facility.

Temporary illness or injury: This agreement may be paused upon submission of a medical certificate. Note that pause periods do not affect the number of Direct Debit payments you are due to make.

General Terms

You agree to comply with the Facility's rules and codes of conduct, which will be prominently displayed. Reasonable changes to these rules may be made with advance notice.

Non-enforcement of any part of this Agreement does not constitute a waiver of our right to do so in the future.

This Agreement may be assigned to a third party by the Facility upon notice. You may also transfer your membership to another individual upon payment of a new joining fee and agreement to this contract.

Disputes regarding this Agreement will be governed by UK law and must be filed in the United Kingdom.

If any clause of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, all other clauses will remain in effect.

Termination for Club Rule Breaches: We may terminate this Agreement with immediate effect if you are found to be in breach of club rules, including criminal activity within the Facility.
